All complaints submitted through this portal or in person are kept strictly confidential. Access to complaint details is strictly restricted to the ICC Presiding Officer and designated committee members. Complainants may also opt for initial anonymous guidance.

Q2.Who can file a complaint or request help from the Women's Cell?

Any female student, research scholar, female faculty member, administrative staff, or contract staff member at Mankar College can approach the Women's Help desk for support, grievance redressal, or guidance.

Q3.What constitutes sexual harassment under UGC / Vishaka guidelines?

Sexual harassment includes unwelcome physical contact or advances, demand or request for sexual favors, sexually colored remarks, showing pornography, or any other unwelcome physical, verbal, or non-verbal conduct of sexual nature in college premises.

Q4.What is the procedure after submitting a helpline form?

Upon submission, an auto-generated reference number is assigned to your ticket. The ICC Convener acknowledges receipt within 24 hours. Confidential counseling and necessary protective or legal measures are initiated promptly according to UGC regulations.

Q5.How do female students apply for the Kanyashree Prakalpa scholarship?

Eligible female students (unmarried, pursuing higher studies) can download the Kanyashree K1/K2 form from our downloads portal or visit the Kanyashree Nodal Desk in the college administrative block with required documents.
